By using the high resistance and low impact properties of water on your body, you can increase overall muscle strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. This is a basic class for those starting an aquatic exercise program. Led by a certified athletic trainer, Bodies in Balance: Water is more rehab-based exercises compared to a traditional Water Fit class. There will be no make-up classes or rescheduling for any absences.
