    421308 - Strong For Sable Workout

    Join us on Saturday, October 19 to support the Shine Like Sable Foundation at Mason Community Center. The event will feature a 1-hour boot camp themed workout in honor of Sable Gibson. After the workout, participants will enjoy refreshments and a prize drawing.

    The Shine Like Sable Foundation focuses on paying it forward with kindness. Foundation initiatives include weekday and weekend food packs, buddy bench awareness, supporting teachers, and more, wherever kindness leads them.

    Stay strong with a senior workout program that is perfect for all fitness levels. Join us in a circuit program designed and instructed each week by a certified personal trainer. The class will use TRX straps, BOSU, Stability Ball, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls in a circuit training format. Circuit training is a great way to get maximum results in minimal time. It is one of the best methods of exercising because it provides all-around fitness, tone, and strength.

    461604 - Bodies in Balance Water

    This medically-inclined approach to your water fitness program is ideal for those with arthritis, Parkinson's, fibromyalgia, discharged or phase 3 pulmonary rehab, or any other joint issue that may benefit from exercise. By using the high resistance and low impact properties of water on your body, you can increase overall muscle strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. This is a basic class for those starting an aquatic exercise program. Led by a certified athletic trainer, Bodies in Balance: Water is more rehab-based exercises compared to a traditional Water Fit class. There will be no make-up classes or rescheduling for any absences.
