This introductory class is designed to prepare you for our regularly scheduled TRX classes. Class begins with foundational exercises using the suspension straps. You will be instructed on proper form that challenges your major muscle groups. The class is a great educational experience and workout for everyone because of the focus on correct form, safety, and strength training. This program will also feature cardio, flexibility and balance elements which you will experience in the drop-in group exercise TRX classes. Registration is required. Drop in rates apply.
