Cycle 101 is for the first-time cyclist. The class begins with tips on footwear, proper bike setup, and water intake. You’ll then be guided through all the various climbs, jumps, and cadence speeds that are featured in our regular drop-in group exercise classes. This class is a great educational experience and workout for everyone. The goal is to start with the basics to be sure that you build your strength and endurance for a safe and effective workout.
